LTS Receives GSA Schedule 70 Award

The United States General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded LTS – LegalTech Solutions with a five-year GSA Schedule 70 award, enabling federal, state, and local government agencies as well as US military forces to directly utilize LTS’s Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Information Governance, E-Discovery, and Litigation Support consulting solutions.

Dedicated exclusively to Top 200 AM Law Firms, Fortune 500 Corporations, and Electronic Discovery/Cyber Security Software Manufacturers, LTS is uniquely qualified to service government agencies as they seek to defend computer networks, enforce “big-data” governance, and forensically collect, process, and analyze electronic data discovery (EDD) during ongoing litigation/investigation matters.

LTS was formed immediately following the 2006 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding Electronically Stored Information (ESI). A veteran-owned, woman-owned, small business, LTS was established by a team of professionals with hands-on experience working within the Legal Technology industry. With a global deployment of over 175 consultants worldwide, LTS holds a heavy hand in assisting corporations with such enterprise IT challenges as proprietary data leakage, criminal espionage, malicious hacking, and the ubiquitous locating of “smoking gun” digital evidence in high stakes litigation.

Having catered to the expert consulting needs of some of the world’s largest commercial businesses, LTS is well prepared to help government agencies as they respond to an ever increasing number of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests,  civil litigations, and Presidential Executive Orders regarding mandatory implementation of 21st century Records Management and Cyber Security frameworks.

LTS’s Cyber Security resources help keep our commercial and government customers ahead of global security threats and in compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) as well as NIST Cyber Security Standards and Guidelines. LTS provides on-site implementation, configuration, and administration of today’s most widely accepted technologies used in defending the nation’s computer networks.

Since the release of the 2006 FRCP amendments, the team at LTS has proudly devoted over six years to building a global network of the most highly sought-after subject matter experts within the Information Governance, Cyber Security, Electronic Discovery, and Litigation Support communities. The consultants at LTS are highly decorated and certified in today’s most sophisticated technology tools and methodologies.

Our focused mission allows government agencies the ability to utilize a network of skilled and vetted professionals often needed for rapid deployment and immediate impact. Our boutique business model and niche focus in Electronic Data Discovery (EDD) labor procurement enables us to deliver a higher caliber of talent at a much faster pace and at a fraction of the cost than that of Mega 3 and Mega 4 Prime Contractors.

LTS understands the complexities and urgency required in complying with Presidential executive orders regarding Cyber Security, Records Management, and Information Governance. LTS has a proven record of success in the commercial market, and is truly honored to be selected by the General Services Administration to provide Electronic Discovery, Litigation Support, Digital Forensic, Cyber Security, Information Governance, and Information Technology consulting services in support of US Government agencies as they ensure the national security of the United States remains protected in this evolving digital era.
