  • Our client a premier provider of eDiscovery services is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to join their team in Washington DC.

    The primary responsibility is two fold:  First function of the role will be to provide 1st level customer support to internal users within the network.  Such duties will consist of resetting passwords in Active Directory, imaging workstations, remote control PC troubleshooting, MS Office support, MS Windows 7/10 support, mobile device support, resolving printer connectivity issues and any day to day hardware/software support issues that arise within the organization.

    The second function of the role will be to provide administrative support within the IT Department.  Such duties will consist of creating processes and systems to help keep track of inventory, schedules, licensing, and knowledge base information.  For this function of the role, a strong desire to increase efficiency, organization, performance, and productivity are a must have.  This person MUST be a self starter and willing to initiate organizational and administrative projects proactively.
