  • Our client a Top 50 AM Law Firm in New York is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Support Specialist to join their team.

    The schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off.  Work Tues-Fri and take off Sat, Sun, & Mon.

    Prior law firm help desk experience preferred as is any experience with performing software Quality Assurance testing either manually or via testing software tools.

    Experience with typical software applications commonly utilized in law firm environments helpful. Such tools as iManage, FileSite, Elite, MacPac, Word Macro utilities, BES, MS Office, etc.
