A professional referral is one of the highest compliments one can receive. It is a way of saying, “you are the best at what you do”. If you’ve worked alongside someone who truly excels at their job, pay the compliment forward and offer a formal referral or confidential referral to LTS.

If the referred individual lands the job through your referral efforts, LTS will personally “thank you” with a $500 referral bonus for the first referral, $1000 for the second referral, and $1500 for the third referral.

Formal Referral – You give us permission to use your name. The referred will likely appreciate knowing whom the compliment came from, and whom they may thank for the kind introduction.

Confidential Referral – We will not disclose your name. We can simply say, “I obtained a confidential referral to you from an industry colleague who spoke very highly of you, and recommended reaching out to you.” We will then present the details of the new opportunity, allowing the referred individual to freely decide whether they are interested.

What do you need to provide?

  2. Employer name: (Helpful, but not required)
  3. Phone number: (Helpful, but not required)
  4. Email: (Helpful, but not required)
  5. Details: Any information about your experience in working with this person, or why you think they are a good fit. (Helpful, but not required) 

The more information you can provide us, the better, however you do not need to contact the person beforehand. Also, you need not know whether or not the person is actively looking for a job. This is usually a discreet process and most professionals do not actively advertise that they are “looking around” – especially if they are actively employed. The majority of professionals we assist are not actively seeking employment upon our reaching out to them. In fact, over 50% of our placements are made through word-of-mouth recommendations and industry referrals.

* Referral Bonus Eligibility Rules:
  • The referred must be someone with whom LTS is not actively in process with for the job opportunity.
  • The referred must remain employed for 90 days.
  • Referral checks are issued after the referral’s 90th day of employment.
  • Referral earnings must be reported on a 1099 form.
