A leading global law firm is seeking midlevel associates to join its well-regarded corporate and securities practice. Candidates with approximately three to five years of experience advising on capital markets and public company matters are encouraged to apply.
The role involves representing issuers and financial institutions in registered public offerings, including initial public offerings and other equity and equity-linked transactions, particularly for clients in the technology, consumer-facing, and life sciences industries. Associates will also advise public companies on ongoing corporate governance matters and securities law compliance, including SEC and stock exchange reporting obligations. This position requires the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently, maintain strong client relationships, and take ownership of day-to-day workflow for sophisticated clients.
Qualified candidates will have prior experience in the capital markets group of a national or international law firm, along with outstanding academic credentials from a highly regarded law school. The firm is an equal opportunity employer.
The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $260,000 to $365,000, with final salary determined by experience, qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
