Description
A prominent law firm is seeking a midlevel associate (approximately three to five years of experience) to join a highly regarded litigation and regulatory practice based in San Francisco. The team advises on a wide spectrum of complex and high-stakes matters, including advanced commercial and administrative litigation, regulatory and enforcement proceedings, energy and environmental matters, large-scale renewable energy projects (such as solar, wind, and energy storage), mixed-use real estate developments, and select transactional work.
Qualified candidates will bring strong legal research and drafting capabilities, an excellent academic record, and relevant experience in one or more of these substantive areas. Experience at a major Am Law firm is strongly preferred, and prior service as a federal judicial clerk is a plus.
The expected annual compensation range for this role is $260,000 to $365,000, with final salary determined based on experience, credentials, and other applicable considerations.
