A leading international law firm is looking to add junior-level associates to its expanding finance practice in New York. The ideal candidates will have approximately two to three years of post-JD experience and a strong background representing lenders in complex financing transactions.
The practice advises a diverse roster of sophisticated institutional clients, including regulated financial institutions and alternative capital providers such as private credit platforms, business development companies, mezzanine investors, and investment funds. Associates in this role will work closely with clients, take on meaningful responsibility early, and gain exposure to business development initiatives and professional training opportunities.
Applicants must be licensed to practice in New York and maintain active, good-standing bar status. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent academic performance and prior experience at a law firm handling finance matters.
